OZMA PUTS TO MUSIC THE WORK OF 13 EUROPEAN PHOTOGRAPHERS

This creation was born from the meeting with Association “La Chambre” which, parallel to the exhibitions, wanted to organize a projection in music, in anticipation of OBLICK the first European Festival of Photography in Strasbourg.

This proposal, combining projection and musical creation, allow us to discover an exhibition in motion in a dynamic way.
The musicians of OZMA interpret thirtheen series of images, creating a dialogue and a particular atmosphere for each universe, sometimes going in the direction of the image, and sometimes taking the opposite perspective, to underline a duality, or to play with a second interpretation.

Introspective jazz, throbbing grooves, minimalist pieces, and metal traces: the musical influences are varied, in the image of the authors of the images nourishing their work through their own lived experience.
