Outstanding atmospheres, sound waves, electronic incursions and mysterious narratives in a skillful mix of progressive rock, pop and jazz…
On stage, a bewitching guitar, mesmerizing acid keyboards, an incisive bass, an electronic saxophone and telluric drums mingle with mysterious songs and a psychedelic video projection, to tell the story of Jim, a modern vagrant who leaves for a journey that will lead him to the ends of the world.
Immobile, stuck between satisfaction and anxiety, Jim decides to leave his life and go for a walk. He feels like he is exactly where he is supposed to be when in movement. Change brings possibilty. Each composition, each video chart is a milestone, a step in this journey toward an uncertain destination.
This invitation to travel serves as a canva for the work of the videographer Ramona Poenaru. Based on abstract images and graphically-dimensioned photographs, she imagines a video projection vocabulary that can be manipulated according to the music. In addition to her work, Sebastien Regall, a 3D designer, has also modelled imaginary landscapes in which the videographer, Ramona Poenaru, freely wanders.
