PROPULSION #3 is a support programme and networking for young jazz and related music artists from the Région Grand Est and Luxembourg. It’s a career accelerator, offering an artistic perspective and support for structuring.
Since the second edition, Belgium has joined the partner countries and two strands are offered to candidates: PropulsionBANDS, aimed at jazz project leaders, and PropulsionWOMEN, aimed at female musicians who want to try their hand at the adventure of project leadership.

Propulsion is funded by the European Union, the Œuvre Nationale de Secours Grande Duchesse Charlotte, the Région Grand Est, the BNP foundation, the Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles and Kultur LX.
