An electro solo for augmented drums

For several years now, Stéphane Scharlé has been developing a fully improvised electronica/breakbeat/minimal techno solo project. The aim is to deliver an approximately one-hour set—without a safety net—where improvisation takes center stage and the unpredictability generated by the augmented drums—this hybrid instrument—becomes the driving force of the performance.

The premiere took place during one of the LIVE ELECTRO JAM evenings organized by Xavier Leloup (Ableton Live trainer) at Brasserie Gallia in Pantin.
